Job Responsibilities :

• Site/ Project Supervision
• To look after overall Project development activities, construction, store, security of under constructions project.
• monitoring & controlling contractor- daily labors & site admin issue
• Responsible for transforming the operational efficiency in meeting the customer's expectation in terms of timely delivery, quality & satisfaction.
• Responsible & capable of site security, site admin & logistic support & local problem
• site developments, meeting with land owners, clients etc at site during duty time or on call duty at emergency
• Directing & monitoring related team members.
• Related problem solving, weekly/monthly meeting with related heads
• Prepare monthly site security working plan
• project related logistic works
• site admin works
• keeping safe (site) from local problem
• CEO assistant works, CEO personal security look after
